Message from the International Board for Professional Certifications

The 21st century witnessed the liberation of the workforce, trade exchanges, the unleashing of market forces, the movement of capital, and the internationalization of technical information, as well as the removal or reduction of legislative and regulatory barriers related to national markets and their opening to international competition.

Undoubtedly, we live in a dynamic and evolving world driven by development, excellence, creativity, innovation, and leadership—terms that have become an integral part of our daily lives. Mastering these terms grants a better future, and those who lack them will fall out of the competitive circle. In some cases, they will cease to exist and will be left competing for survival, yet will not succeed or have any opportunities in life, being captive to those who possess development, excellence, creativity, and innovation. Even the position they once accepted at the back of the pack will soon be lost.

At the individual level (international professional education) as a result of rapid development, a non-traditional concept emerged for the development of human resource competencies and capabilities: international professional education. This education has had the most significant and positive impact on enhancing individual capabilities through international management and accreditation systems that have shaped the entire world by launching (sovereign international organizations, binding international agreements and laws, governing international standards and specifications).
